Service Description
May 14th, 21st, 28th, - June 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th This course is designed for both complete beginners and those with some prior wheel throwing experience (2–3 classes). Whether you’re just getting started or ready to build on your skills, you’ll receive hands-on instruction tailored to your level in a supportive studio environment. Beginners will learn: • Centering clay on the wheel • Creating bowls and mugs • Attaching handles • Trimming techniques • Basic glaze decoration Students with experience will focus on: • Refining cylinders and form control • Creating bottles and plates • Exploring lidded containers • Expanding surface design and glaze techniques By the end of the course, students will have developed core pottery skills, improved confidence on the wheel, and created a collection of functional, handmade pieces. Instructor: Charlotte Hauk - Cost: $340 - All materials and supplies included. - Wear comfortable and casual clothing. - No fake nails is best.
